These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of auragen.au (the “Site”) and any purchase you make from Aura Gen. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. About us
Aura Gen is operated by Mustapha Mourad (ABN 46 768 032 997), trading as Aura Gen / AuraGen, based in New South Wales, Australia. You can reach us at hello@auragen.au.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order on the Site, or have the involvement of a parent or guardian if you are younger.
3. Our products
Aura Gen sells cosmetic skincare products, including the Advanced Glow Peptide Serum. Our products are cosmetic — designed to improve the appearance of skin — and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Always patch test before first use, use externally only, and discontinue use if irritation occurs. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have a specific skin condition, check with a healthcare professional before use.
We try to describe and photograph our products as accurately as possible, but colours, packaging, and minor formulation details may vary slightly from what’s shown on screen.
4. Orders and acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline. We may cancel or refuse an order — for example, due to stock unavailability, a pricing or listing error, or suspected fraudulent activity — in which case we’ll notify you and refund any payment already made.
5. Pricing and payment
All prices are shown in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We may update prices at any time, but changes won’t affect orders you’ve already placed and paid for. Payment is processed securely via Stripe and/or Apple Pay at checkout; we do not store your full card details.

7. Returns and refunds
Our approach to returns and refunds — including your rights under Australian Consumer Law — is set out in our Refund & Returns Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer guarantee that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
8. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including the Aura Gen and AuraGen names, logos, product names, photography, and copy — is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it without our written permission.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site — including attempting to interfere with its operation, scraping or copying content without permission, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Aura Gen is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or our products. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee or right under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party websites we don’t control. We’re not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of its courts.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
