Aura Gen (“Aura Gen”, “AuraGen”, “we”, “us”, “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through auragen.au (the “Site”), how we use it, and the choices you have.
Aura Gen is operated by Mustapha Mourad (ABN 46 768 032 997), trading as Aura Gen, based in New South Wales, Australia.

- Order information — products purchased, order value, order history.
- Account information — if you create an account, your login details and preferences.
- Payment information — payments are processed securely by Stripe and, where used, Apple Pay. We do not collect or store your full card details on our own systems.
- Browsing information — IP address, browser/device type, pages viewed, and referring pages, collected automatically via cookies and similar technologies.
- Communications — anything you send us via email, contact forms, or social media.
2. How we collect it
We collect information directly from you when you browse the Site, place an order, create an account, subscribe to our emails, or contact us — and automatically through cookies and analytics tools as you use the Site.
3. How we use your information
- Process and fulfil your orders, including delivery and customer service.
- Communicate with you about your order, account, or enquiries.
- Send you marketing communications, but only if you’ve opted in — you can unsubscribe at any time.

Aura Gen is not directed at children, and we don’t knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18 without the involvement of a parent or guardian.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when it was last revised. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
